Ireland may produce energy-saving insulation panels in Uzbekistan
The Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan has discussed with a leading Irish company the priority areas of investment cooperation in the field of building materials.

The MIFT hosted a meeting between the Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Khurram Teshaboev and the Managing Director of Kingspan Insulated Panels for the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Central Asia, Jim Loughran.
At the meeting, the parties discussed supporting the development of the regional construction materials market.
The sides exchanged views on investing in the production of building materials, energy-saving insulation panels and their subsequent sale in the territory of the republic.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue cooperation in all areas discussed in order to achieve concrete results aimed at improving the quality of construction materials. The company is ready to localize products in Uzbekistan and supply innovative and energy-saving materials to the country’s major infrastructure projects.
