Uzbekistan provides humanitarian aid to families living in difficult conditions in Hayratan
Humanitarian aid was provided to families living in difficult social conditions in the city of Hayraton.
24 tons of humanitarian goods were delivered to families living in difficult social conditions in Hayraton, Balkh province, Afghanistan by the representatives of Surkhandarya regional administration and Uzbekistan’s consulate in Mazar-i-Sharif.
8 types of necessary food products intended for 120 families (50 kilograms of flour, 25 kilograms of rice, 10 kilograms of sugar, 10 liters of oil, 10 jars of stew, 10 jars of jam, 2 boxes of pasta, 2 boxes of noodles) were handed over to citizens in the presence of the head of Hayraton city administration Khaliullah Faruqi, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
Earlier, according to the order of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, 58 tons of humanitarian supplies of necessary food products were delivered to 420 families living in difficult social conditions in Kaldar district in the north of Balkh province of Afghanistan.
