Uzbekistan increases passenger car imports

In January-September 2022, Uzbekistan imported 22,447 passenger cars from 25 countries for $564.1 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the import of passenger cars increased by 4,430 compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting, the republic imported cars mainly from the following countries:

China – 8.682
South Korea – 7.117
Kazakhstan – 4.431
Russia – 1.418
USA – 359 
UAE – 126
Japan – 110
Germany – 101
