Deputy Minister: Construction of the oncology complex has been entrusted to Mimar Group with a closed decision
Mimar Group LLC, which is “known” after acquiring constructions worth billions of soums without a tender and is considered to be related to the khokim Jakhongir Artikhodjayev, also won the construction of a combined oncology complex. This large state order was given to the company by a closed decision of the Cabinet of Ministers. Three onco-hospitals in Tashkent will move to this complex, and the land on which they are located will be sold.
Kun.uz paid attention to the fact that three hospitals in the capital - the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology and its branches in Tashkent city and Tashkent region were put up for auction. After the publication of the article, a press tour was held on this issue.
At the press tour, the First Deputy Minister of Health, Amrillo Inoyatov, announced that the construction of a new building was entrusted to Mimar Group LLC based on a closed decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, combining three oncological hospitals into a single complex, Kun.uz correspondent reported.
According to Inoyatov, 600 billion soums (about $53.3 million) have been allocated for the construction of the complex. Earlier, the Ministry of Health announced that $80 million will be allocated to equip the complex with modern technologies. According to the ministry, the new complex will be launched in May 2023.
Recently, Mimar Group has won many state orders for construction and repair in Tashkent.
At the beginning of this year, Kun.uz website reported that Dilmurod Goyipov, the head of this company, is one of the owners of another company called Speedway Line, the legal address and phone number of this company are the same as those of Artel, and the e-mail address is Artel’s official website, in the artelgroup.org domain.
According to 2019 data, the Dream Production company owned by Tashkent city khokim Jakhongir Artikhodjayev was managed by Dilmurod Goyipov.
As of November 25, the state register lists Davronov Feruzbek Gulomjonovich as the head of Mimar Group, Ganiyev Alisher Abdubasitovich (57.9%) and Yaminov Kozimbek Utkirovich (42.1%) as founders.
