Uzbekistan and Russia agree to create favorable conditions for cargo transportation
On the sidelines of the joint commission meeting between the prime ministers of Uzbekistan and Russia, the parties signed the plan of practical measures for cooperation in the field of transport in 2022-2023.
In the document inked by the Transport Minister of Uzbekistan Ilhom Mahkamov and the Transport Minister of Russia Vitaly Savelyev, the sides expressed their readiness to organize a bilateral exchange of information on the changes in the legislation of the countries in the field of transport safety.
The document envisages the creation of favorable conditions for cargo transportation between Uzbekistan and Russia.
It reflects the introduction of modern digital solutions to the transport sector, the digital intelligent transport system of Uzbekistan, and the issues of mutual cooperation in the field of transport education.
