The project provides for the provision of services in an accelerated manner for an additional fee at the discretion of the applicants, while maintaining the general procedure for the provision of some public services.
In particular, the project plans to create the possibility of obtaining public services in an accelerated manner for an additional fee, including:
ꞏ a certificate of approval of wages;
licensing of concert and entertainment activities;
ꞏ licensing of professional activity in the stock market;
ꞏ licensing of retail sales of medicines and medical supplies;
ꞏ issuance of permits for the transportation of bulky and heavy goods by road and the re-equipment of vehicles.
In case applications under the accelerated procedure are not considered, the amount of the surcharge paid for the acceleration must be returned to the applicant. The establishment of a common mechanism for the return of amounts paid for the accelerated procedure in the unified provisions on permits and permits through a special electronic system will allow in the future to provide services in the accelerated procedure only by making additions to the passports.
