Uzbekistan imported $87.4 million worth of cement in Jan-Nov 2022
In January-November 2022, Uzbekistan imported 2.1 million tons of cement for $87.4 million.
The volume of cement imports decreased by 420,000 tons compared to the same period in 2021, the State Statistics Committee said.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan imported cement mainly from the following countries:
- Tajikistan - 903 thousand tons
- Kyrgyz R. - 623.5 thousand tons
- Kazakhstan - 558.6 thousand tons
- Iran - 17.6 thousand tons
- Turkmenistan - 12.7 thousand tons
- China - 1.4 thousand tons
- Russia - 1.1 thousand tons
