18-year-old female student commits suicide by throwing herself into a canal in Samarkand

According to the PGO press service, on March 10 of this year at about 21:25, an 18-year-old student girl who lived in the “Uzbekistan” mahalla of Akdarya district committed suicide by throwing herself into the canal from the Karadarya bridge connecting Akdarya district and Samarkand district.

A forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the cause of death of the deceased.

On the above fact, the Akdarya district prosecutor’s office is investigating the case.
