Malaysia considering possibility of producing electric buses in Uzbekistan
The staff of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Kuala Lumpur visited Gemilang Coachwork Sdn Bhd and held a meeting with the executive director of the company, Pang Chong Yong.
At the meeting, the company representatives made a presentation about the buses they produce and provided detailed information on their characteristics. They also briefed the embassy officials about export geography and shared future plans of the company.
Gemilang Coachwork Sdn Bhd executive director Pang Chong Yong expressed his interest in studying the possibilities of supplying aluminum bodies for the needs of Samavto LLC and the joint production of electric buses.
Following the meeting, it was agreed to conduct online negotiations to further study the possibilities of jointly producing electric buses in Uzbekistan.
