According to an Uzhydromet specialist Erkin Abdulahatov, on the afternoon of April 24, 5-6 magnitude magnetic storms of category G4 are predicted.

To mitigate the negative impact of magnetic storms on the body, it is recommended to include green foods and fish in the diet.

In addition, during category G4 magnetic storms, many people may experience mild pain in the back of the head.

During this time, they are advised to stay at home. Smoking, drinking alcohol and coffee, as well as physical fatigue are also not recommended.
