Uzbekistan, Germany working on a migration agreement
Currently, Uzbekistan and Germany are working on a migration agreement, which will significantly facilitate migration procedures.
Reportedly, the agreement being worked out will contribute to the development of partnerships in the field of education and labor migration.
“It will provide Uzbek students and workers with the opportunity to receive education and work in Germany, which, in turn, is also interested in attracting highly skilled migrants from Uzbekistan.
In addition, the partnership in the field of migration also opens up new opportunities for the development of economic and cultural ties between the two countries," the report reads.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Berlin, over the past year, about 300 citizens of the republic have been employed in Germany, mainly through dual education, which is widespread in this country, which makes it possible to combine vocational training with work in the specialty.
It is expected that in the future the number of citizens of Uzbekistan working in Germany will increase significantly.
