Major fire breaks out in Chortok dekhkan market in Namangan
The products inside the shops and stalls were burned on an area of 250 square meters.
Today, August 5, at 03:39, the emergency department of Chortok district of Namangan region received a report about a fire in the area of Chortok dekhkan market, which is located on Mustaqillik Avenue, "Namangan" mahalla.
Based on the report, 9 fire and rescue crews were immediately involved in the scene.
According to the preliminary information, the products inside the shops and stalls were burnt on the area of 250 square meters. As a result of quick actions, the fire was prevented from spreading, and an area of 4,000 square meters was saved.
No casualties were reported as a result of the incident. Currently, the cause of fire is being investigated.
