FM Saidov receives newly appointed ambassador of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan
Bakhtiyor Saidov wished the new Ambassador Shadurda Meredov success in his diplomatic mission.
On Thursday, Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov received copies of the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan Shadurdy Meredov.
“In recent years, we have witnessed an unprecedented expansion of Uzbek-Turkmen relations. We have achieved many results, even more are ahead,” the minister said.
The Foreign Minister wished the new ambassador success in his activities in Uzbekistan.
It should be recalled that the previous ambassador Yazgula Mammedov vacated the post of ambassador to Uzbekistan after 5-year service.
