The system of hiring, training and grading teachers will be completely changed. Every year, 8,000 teachers are employed in schools, and the need for more teachers will arise due to new schools.
From now on, admission to teaching will be on a competitive basis. Candidates accepted for the first time will work as teacher-trainees for 1 year and must receive a professional certificate at the end of the year. In the future, this system will be gradually introduced for all teachers. The procedure for issuing professional certificates to teaching staff will be developed.
Now, teachers' qualifications will be increased in a stratified manner. That is, before training, the teacher's knowledge is assessed, and according to the result, the directions of individual professional development will be determined.
The educational indicators of a teacher are evaluated and a complaint is sent to the higher education institution where he/she studied. That is, these results will be an assessment for the activity of pedagogical universities. In this, teachers with low results will be trained in the traditional way, and the ones who have achieved high results will be trained online.
