The management system in school education is changing. This year, the "Directors' School" was established to train and evaluate the knowledge of candidates for the directorship. Educational processes at the school are based on the experience of the United Arab Emirates and other prestigious foreign partners.

Now, candidates for the directorship are selected only from the certified and reserve personnel and are hired on a fixed-term. Directors and their deputies undergo certification every five years. Employment contracts concluded with directors who failed to pass the certification will be canceled.

Next year, the salary of certified directors will be increased by 50%, and the salary of deputies will be increased by 30%. In this regard, 500 billion soums will be allocated.

Higher education institutions in the field of pedagogy are developed based on a separate approach. For this, the position of first deputy minister responsible for pedagogical education will be introduced in the Ministry of Higher Education. A separate Council for Pedagogical Education will be established in the Ministry, and rectors of pedagogical universities will be included in it.

At the Pedagogical Universities in Tashkent and Chirchik, teachers are trained on the basis of the Presidential School program. These universities will be the "base university" for institutes in the field of pedagogy.

From the next academic year, schools with a shortage of personnel, difficult schools will be selected in advance, and a targeted state order will be introduced for them. In other words, the demand for the coming years will be determined right now, and the systematic training of teachers in the necessary specialties will be launched in advance. Based on the targeted order, teacher training is transferred to a full state grant.
