Appellate court leaves verdict unchanged against blogger Abduqodir Muminov

Appeals against the decision of the first instance court were not satisfied.

On October 6, the criminal case against blogger Abduqodir Muminov was considered in the Tashkent city court, the press service of the Supreme Court reported.

By the decision of the appellate court dated October 6, 2023, the court verdict against Abduqodir Muminov was left unchanged, and the appeals were not satisfied.

It should be reminded that the blogger was charged with a number of articles of the Criminal Code (extortion, fraud, participation in bribery, etc.) and was sentenced to 7 years and 3 months in prison.
