UzAuto Motors to switch to an online form for concluding contracts
UzAuto Motors plans to completely switch to online sales to reduce tension when obtaining contracts for cars at dealerships. It is not yet known when this procedure will be introduced.
UzAuto Motors plans to completely transfer the process of concluding contracts to an online form, the company’s press service reported.
“Starting from August this year, UzAuto Motors has taken a number of measures aimed at reducing queues for cars. This made it possible to increase production volumes, as well as reduce the queues for car sales according to the production schedule by 3 times, and the waiting time – by an average of 1-3 months.
But the decisions made to address wait times have not eased tensions at dealerships when securing contracts for mass-market vehicles, which has rightly fueled consumer dissatisfaction.
In the previous contract issuance, technical failures caused by high load on the software indicated the need for a significant update.
In this regard, the UzAuto Motors company, in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Communications, is modernizing the UzAutoSavdo sales system and working to strengthen the technical equipment of the system,” the report reads.
The completion of the current work on online sales and the time of full transition to online sales will be additionally announced on the company’s official channels.
It should be recalled that the last time the contract for the purchase of cars was opened on November 3. Although it was said that there was also an option to transact online, the company’s mobile app was not working. This caused serious complaints from buyers.
