Emir of Qatar to pay a working visit to Uzbekistan 

According to the invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will be in Tashkent on December 19 with a working visit.

He will take part in the awarding ceremony of the international award in the field of combating corruption. Established by the Emir of Qatar, the prize has been awarded annually since 2016 to public figures, experts and journalists in recognition of their contribution to the fight against corruption at the global level. 

High-level negotiations will also take place within the framework of the visit.
