On January 9, representatives of the Uzbek Embassy in Doha and the Qatari company Elegancia Healthcare, part of the Power International Holding, discussed plans for the construction of a multi-network hospital in Tashkent.
By the end of January, the company from Qatar will complete the preparation of primary documentation. It is planned to begin developing a feasibility study in March of this year.

As part of the project, Elegancia Healthcare announced the hiring of four citizens of Uzbekistan, and also agreed to employ Uzbek doctors and nurses in several hospitals in Qatar.
Last November, Power International Holding was going to open an office in Uzbekistan. In addition, the company’s plans include the construction of roads, a multi-network hospital complex, hotels in Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent, the implementation of projects in the field of “green” energy and the launch of ammonia and urea production in the Navoi region. Now the Qatari holding is building a modern livestock cluster near Jizzakh.
