Top foreign IT giants paying the most taxes in Uzbekistan revealed
In Uzbekistan, 56 foreign companies providing electronic services paid nearly 70 billion UZS in taxes in 2023. Of this amount, Meta, Google, and Apple contributed 60 billion UZS.

Foreign companies providing electronic services in Uzbekistan paid nearly 70 billion UZS in taxes in 2023, as reported by the "Uzbekistan24" TV channel.
90 percent of the paid taxes were attributed to the top 10 foreign companies providing electronic services. The list is led by Meta Corporation (owner of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), which paid nearly 26.4 billion UZS in taxes.
The top ten includes:
- Meta – 26.4 billion UZS;
- Google – 20.3 billion UZS;
- Apple – 12.9 billion UZS;
- Amazon – 2.2 billion UZS;
- Booking.com – 1.6 billion UZS;
- Netflix – 1.2 billion UZS;
- Xsolla – 816 million UZS;
- Zoom – 763 million UZS;
- Yandex - 690 million UZS;
- Adobe Systems - 437 million UZS.
