Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulates Valentina Matviyenko on her birthday

On April 7, a telephone conversation took place between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.

At the beginning of the conversation, the head of our state cordially congratulated Valentina Matvienko on her birthday, sincerely wishing her good health, prosperity and great success.

The active role of the parliaments of the two countries in expanding and strengthening Uzbek-Russian relations of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance, and the implementation of agreements at the highest level were noted with particular satisfaction.

At the end of the conversation, the importance of further development of interparliamentary interaction, including within the framework of international and regional organizations, was emphasized.
