The press service of UzAuto Motors announced a new round of re-contracting for Chevrolet Cobalt cars.

Cars that were not paid for on time after previous contracting rounds will be put up for sale. The company reminded that if payment is not made within 7 days, the car supply contract will be canceled and the vehicle will be resold.

The signing of contracts will start on July 17 at 10:00. Contracts can only be processed through the website savdo.uzavtosanoat.uz, while queue monitoring and information on available cars will be accessible via the Telegram bot and the Uzavtosavdo app.

Since the end of 2022, UzAuto Motors has suspended open sales of mass-market models such as Cobalt, Lacetti, Damas, and Labo. Since then, the company has repeatedly opened and then closed contracting rounds.

At the end of December 2023, the company suspended sales of Cobalt, Damas, and Labo cars after contracting 171,000 vehicles in three days, which accounted for the entire production volume for 2024. At that time, the company also announced the creation of a base of contracts listed for resale.

On March 29, UzAuto Motors offered 18,000 Labo vehicles for re-contracting, which sold out in 55 minutes. In April, the company offered 24,000 Damas cars, which were also ordered in less than an hour. On May 8, 4,500 Lacetti cars were re-contracted in 25 minutes.

The latest round of contracting took place in June, with orders for a batch of 25,000 Cobalt cars taking over nine hours. On July 5, just over 14,000 sedans were re-contracted.
