Uzbekistan to launch unified platform for airline, train, and bus ticket purchases

Tickets for airline, train, and bus services will soon be available through a unified online platform. This is stated in the Presidential Decree "On Additional Measures Aimed at Improving Tourist Infrastructure in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Further Increasing the Flow of Foreign Tourists."
According to the decree, by December 1, 2024, the country will launch a unified online platform that allows obtaining information and purchasing tickets for airline, train, and bus services.
It is noted that the Ministry of Transport will implement a system for advance ticket sales for flights, trains, and buses at differentiated prices at least six months in advance. Additionally, during the celebration of Navruz, Independence Day, and Kurban Hayit, additional flights, trains, and bus services will be launched to connect the regions of the country.
