Tashkent police open pre-investigation inspection against Inbazar founder Omadbek Holmatov
According to the information provided to Kun.uz, the incidents involving the founder of Inbazar using violence, as shown in the videos, are old, and no one has filed a formal complaint. However, the Tashkent City Police Department has initiated a pre-investigation inspection.

“A pre-investigation inspection is being conducted regarding the videos circulating on the internet about this person. The incidents in the videos are old, and no one previously filed a complaint. The individuals shown in the videos are currently being identified and inspected,” said the Tashkent City Police Department’s press service in the information provided to Kun.uz.
On September 14, a video was circulated showing Omadbek Holmatov, the head of one of Tashkent's major shopping centers, Inbazar, located in Sergeli district, beating an employee named Mehroj. Shortly afterward, the head of the center released a video message stating that the perpetrator would be punished.
Following this, additional videos surfaced, showing the head himself engaging in violent actions and beating his employees.
