Nexia catches fire in Tashkent, no injuries reported
A fire broke out in a stationary Nexia vehicle parked in the lot of the MDIS Institute on Bunyodkor Avenue in the Chilonzor district.
The incident occurred on January 20, 2025, at around 8:10 a.m., according to a statement from the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs' Road Safety Division.
Emergency responders from the district’s Fire Safety Department extinguished the blaze. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Authorities, including representatives from the Road Safety Division and Fire Safety Department, have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
The Tashkent City Road Safety Department urged all drivers to regularly check the technical condition of their vehicles to prevent similar incidents.
