Three Uzbek nationals killed in fatal road accident in Russia
The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan has provided details about a tragic traffic accident that occurred in February in the Osa district of Perm Krai.
In the early hours of February 22, a fatal accident in Russia’s Perm Krai claimed the lives of three Uzbek citizens, while three others sustained injuries and were hospitalized, according to the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan.
The collision took place on the Osa–Chernushka highway and involved a Lada Largus with Uzbek license plates and a SIMAZ bus. Two passengers in the car died at the scene, while a third succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
Three other Uzbek nationals sustained varying degrees of injuries and were admitted to Osa Central Hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.

The Consulate General has been closely monitoring the situation. The repatriation of the victims' bodies has been swiftly completed, while the injured continue to receive medical care.
According to the Perm Krai State Traffic Inspectorate, the accident occurred when the Lada Largus, exiting a secondary road, failed to yield to an oncoming bus on the main road.
