At the event, he announced the launch of a National Program designed to prepare young students for admission into Ivy League universities in the United States.

The program will be implemented in six stages. In the first year, 3,000 students will be selected to participate, receiving guidance from 208 mentors from presidential and specialized schools.

Training will take place in the form of three-week intensive courses at the Renaissance Educational Center. Upon completion, the top 40 students will be given the opportunity to intern at Ivy League universities.

Additionally, an international school is set to launch in September of this year. In the first phase, 60 of the most gifted 8th-grade graduates will be selected for enrollment.

The school's academic program will follow international standards and include three main components:

  • Core subjects,
  • Specialized disciplines,
  • Leadership and social activity courses.

The academic year will last 11 months, divided into three trimesters.

The president also proposed the creation of a "National Talent Network," which will unite gifted students on a single platform. Graduates of foreign universities will be provided with benefits, grants, startup programs, and additional opportunities.
