Uzbekistan and Mongolia sign declaration on comprehensive partnership
Following high-level talks held in Ulaanbaatar, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh signed a joint declaration establishing a comprehensive partnership between the two countries.

In the presence of both presidents, the following agreements were also signed:
- Agreements on cooperation in the areas of plant quarantine and protection, higher education, mining, environmental protection, crime prevention and control, healthcare and medical science, as well as physical culture and sports;
- A protocol on cooperation between the archival agencies of the two countries;
- Cooperation programs between the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Economy and Development of Mongolia; between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs for 2026–2027; and between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth of Mongolia for 2025–2028;
- A cooperation plan between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Light Industry of Mongolia aimed at expanding collaboration in agriculture;
- An action plan between the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth of Mongolia in the field of ecotourism.
