Uzbekistan national team to compete in Dubai mini-tournament during November FIFA days

The Uzbekistan national football team will take part in an international friendly mini-tournament in Dubai during the November FIFA days, the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA) reported.

Alongside Uzbekistan, the tournament will feature national teams from Iran, Egypt, and Cape Verde. Uzbekistan will first face Egypt, followed by a match against either Cape Verde or Iran.

The matches will be held at the Al-Maktoum Stadium, which is part of the Al-Nasr Club facilities.

On November 14, Uzbekistan will play against Egypt. Regardless of the outcome, the team will then compete against the winner of the Cape Verde vs. Iran match, scheduled for November 13.

The tournament’s semi-final winners will advance to the final, while the losing teams will contest the third-place match on November 17. The final will take place on November 18. All matches are set to kick off at 22:00 Tashkent time.
