Dacha rentals to be officially registered through the tax system starting July 2026

Under the presidential decree, new measures have been approved to further develop tourism.

Starting from 1 July 2026, citizens will be able to rent out their dachas through the Soliq mobile app using a simplified “together with me” format – the rental will be registered in the name of one person, with the number of accompanying guests indicated accordingly.

Also from 1 July 2026, a unified national tourism platform and its mobile application will be launched. Through this platform:

• Users will be able to plan travel routes by integrating all types of transport regardless of ownership, choose the most optimal route and mode of transport, and book and purchase tickets online.
• A unified ticketing system will be introduced, allowing online purchase of tickets for all tourism facilities where electronic ticketing is applied, including museums, cultural heritage sites, cultural, entertainment and leisure venues.
• A digital guide system will be launched, providing information on tourist sites through interactive maps, tablets, audio guides, video guides and online broadcasts.
• The tourist (hotel) fee collected from foreign and domestic tourists by accommodation facilities will be automatically transferred to the Tourism Support Fund through a billing system.

By the end of 2026, an artificial intelligence and big data analytics system will be introduced. This system will be integrated with the Safe City hardware–software complex. Using AI-based analytics, tourist flows across regions (segmented by category) and their preferences will be studied to develop personalized routes and recommendations.
