One of the central projects reviewed was the construction of the new Silk Road Museum in Samarkand. Spanning an area of 9 hectares, the museum is designed to house more than 6,000 unique exhibits related to archaeology, fine arts, and applied arts. The facility will include dedicated halls for permanent and temporary exhibitions, a 160–seat auditorium, a children's academy, and a center for conservation and research, alongside extensive storage facilities for artifacts.

The discussions also focused on increasing public engagement with cultural institutions and updating their operations to meet modern standards. To achieve this, the government plans to gradually transform 839 existing cultural centers across the country. This initiative aims to modernize their physical appearance and encourage private sector involvement in their management.

Supporting young talent remains a high priority for the administration. The president approved proposals to identify gifted youth early, provide targeted training, and create necessary conditions for their creative growth. Specifically, measures were endorsed to support the activities of the Andijan Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Tumor Dance Ensemble.

In addition to physical infrastructure, the presentation highlighted the importance of increasing national content in the media space. Officials emphasized the need to utilize artificial intelligence to expand the database of Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage. To further stimulate the industry, the government plans to introduce a system of soft loans for non-state cultural organizations and grant programs to support private theaters and creative studios.
