The service will be available through the national public services portal (my.gov.uz), a mobile app operated by the traffic police, or in person at Public Service Centers.
Requests will be handled by the relevant authorities.
To apply online, users must complete an electronic form via the portal or mobile app, where their personal data will be verified automatically.
Authorities will then assess whether:
• the reasons for impounding the vehicle have been resolved; or
• the administrative case related to the offense has been reviewed and a legal decision issued.
A notification will be sent within one working day via the portal or mobile app confirming whether the vehicle can be collected.
