The newly established commercial entity is fully registered under Brazilian law as a corporate trading firm operating under the name "Brazilian-Uzbekistan Trade House Ltd."

The establishment of this trade entity provides the legal and institutional framework required to execute export-import transactions, sign binding commercial contracts, and promote Uzbek manufactured goods and commodities directly within the Brazilian market.

Economic analysts emphasize that choosing Rio de Janeiro as the headquarters for the trading house holds immense strategic value. The metropolis functions as a primary financial, tourist, transport, and logistics hub in South America. Consequently, this facility offers Uzbek exporters a viable gateway to access not only Brazil but also the wider MERCOSUR trade bloc, including Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, as well as other key Latin American economies such as Chile, Peru, and Colombia.

The trading house is designed to serve as a permanent institutional platform to connect the business communities of both nations and offer practical assistance to entrepreneurs. Its operations will focus on resolving logistical complexities, arranging multimodal transport, and securing access to essential warehousing and port infrastructure to streamline bilateral trade.

In the coming days, the founders of the trading house are scheduled to hold online negotiations with the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, various export associations, and specialized industry organizations to finalize the launch of initial commercial operations.
