The report shows that market activity increased across all regions of the country, with the total number of transactions rising by 34,500 year-on-year.

The strongest growth was recorded in Syrdarya region, where property transactions climbed by 36.4%. Tashkent followed with a 34.9% increase, while Navoi region posted growth of 30%. More moderate gains were registered in Khorezm region at 16.7%, Bukhara region at 15.4%, and Fergana region at 12.1%.

The property market regained momentum in June after slowing in April and May. More than 25,000 transactions were completed during the month, up 23% from May.

Compared with June 2025, the number of transactions increased by 20.4%, while June 2026 also exceeded the level recorded in June 2024 by 24.9%.

On a month-to-month basis, Bukhara region recorded the sharpest increase, with transactions rising by 50.1%. Khorezm region saw the smallest monthly growth at 0.9%.

Navoi region posted a monthly increase of 41.5%, followed by Samarkand region with 31.8%. Transactions also rose by 17.9% in Andijan region and 12.2% in Tashkent region.

On an annual basis, Tashkent recorded the strongest growth in transaction volume, with a 35.7% increase. It was followed by Syrdarya region at 26.9% and Navoi region at 26.3%.

The capital accounted for 30.8% of all real estate transactions completed in June, with approximately 7,800 purchase and sale agreements registered during the month.
