Cement production by large enterprises has increased significantly over the past three years. Output stood at 9.1 million tonnes in January-July 2024, rising to 12 million tonnes in the same period in 2025.
The latest figures follow earlier data showing an increase in Portland cement production in the first half of 2026, alongside higher output of gasoline, diesel and electricity.
