Uzbekistan appoints new ambassador to UAE
Abdulaziz Akkulov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the United Arab Emirates.

Prior to his appointment to this position, Akkulov worked as Deputy Minister of Tourism and Sports, before that, he was the acting chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development.
He is a graduate of the Tashkent State University of Economics, specializing in the management of international tourism.
