New tariffs for fuel and energy resources approved
By the decision of the government, new tariffs for fuel and energy resources will be approved from October 1, 2023.

The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures to introduce market mechanisms in the fuel and energy sector” was adopted.
The prices of fuel and energy resources effective from October 1, 2023 have been approved. Tariffs for residents remained unchanged.
Electricity tariffs for AMMC, NMMC, Uzmetkombinat and budget organizations were set at 1,000 soums per kWh, and 900 soums for other organizations.
Natural gas tariffs are proposed to be 1,800 soums per cubic meter for AMMC, NMMC, Uzmetkombinat and budget organizations, and 1,500 soums for other organizations.
Tariffs for electricity (295 soums), natural gas (380 soums) and liquefied gas (1120 soums) for residents remained unchanged at current prices.
