Leading Malaysian universities may open branch offices in the Khorezm region
On January 23-26, 2019, a delegation of business representatives from the Khorezm region headed by regional khokim Farhod Ermanov will visit Malaysia, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia, within the framework of the upcoming visit, meetings will be held with heads of ministries, departments, large industrial enterprises, importers, travel companies and higher educational institutions of the country.
Besides, it is also planned to hold a business forum jointly with the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers in “B2B” format.
Based on the results of the agreements, it is envisaged to sign documents on the implementation of promising investment projects, the export of domestic products and the opening of branches of leading Malaysian universities in the Khorezm region.
