Uzbekistan proposes Turkey to create a joint transport company

On January 22, Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade Badriddin Abidov received a delegation of the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey headed by General Manager Fahrettin Poyraz, the press service of the Ministry reported.
The parties discussed a plan for cooperation in the field of trade and investment.
Abidov proposed creating a joint Uzbek-Turkish logistics company and attracting large Turkish investments to modernize the park “Urta Osiyo Trans”.
The Turkish side was also offered to create an intermodal multidisciplinary logistics center with large storage and refrigeration facilities.
