Olga Zabelinskaya wins gold at international track competitions in Belgium
Within the framework of the “INTERNATIONAL BELGIAN TRACK MEETING”, the representative of Uzbekistan – a bicycle rider Olga Zabelinskaya won a gold medal in the omnium cycling. Kun.uz correspondent reported referring to the Federation of Cycling.
Silver and bronze medals were awarded to representatives of Poland and Belgium.
It should be recalled that this is the fourth gold medal, which Olga Zabelinskaya won for Uzbekistan. The first gold was won in autumn as part of the tournament “Chrono des Nations” in France, the second – at the Track Cycling Challenge in Switzerland and the third – at the Asian Championships in Jakarta in January.
For information, these competitions provide ranking points for athletes to participate in the 32nd Olympics and 16th Paralympic Games, which will be held in Tokyo in 2020.
