Redco International plans to implement several projects in Uzbekistan
Industrial Holding company Redco International (Qatar) plans to implement projects in the field of renewable energy and tourism in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade reported.
The company's management said it is considering prospects for implementing large-scale energy projects in Uzbekistan, including in the alternative energy sector.

Such projects have already been successfully developed and implemented in Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Nigeria and Kazakhstan.
The company also shows great interest in participation in the privatization and renovation of a number of hotels in Tashkent and regions of the republic.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in determining the most promising areas for foreign partners and forming a package of specific investment projects.
Redco International is a leading industrial manufacturing and contracting group operating in Qatar since 1982. The company is owned by H.E. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani and Ex-Senator, Saif ur Rehman. Redco International has been a leader in precast concrete manufacturing and erection in Qatar since the 1980s, and is also amongst the leaders in ready-mix concrete manufacturing, steel cut & bend, Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP), and building works (general contracting).
