Emirati specialists to help improve skills of CSS staff
The National Library of Uzbekistan launched courses to improve the skills of the CSS (Center for State Services) staff.
According to the press service of the Agency for State Services, specialists from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will help increase the skills of CSS staff in providing high quality services to a growing number of users.
Trainings are held within the framework of agreements reached following the visit of the head of state to the UAE in March of this year. At that time, an agreement was reached with the UAE government on large-scale cooperation in improving public administration, developing long-term development strategies, introducing innovations to government agencies, improving the quality of education and training of personnel possessing modern, demanded qualifications, development of tourism and logistics infrastructure.
The “Happy customers” refresher courses for CSS employees will be held on July 22-26. They provide for the exchange of experience between the two countries in the provision of state services, the organization of work with the population, the study of innovative approaches in training personnel possessing modern and demanded knowledge, skills and competencies.
As part of the training, it is planned to consider various cases (typical situations) that CSS employees may encounter while communicating with consumers.
“This event is aimed at improving the efficiency of the internal functioning of departments. In addition, with the help of this training, it is planned to improve qualifications of the CSS employees who will provide services to the population – to establish specific standards of ethics, aesthetics, level of attention to each applicant, to create a favorable environment for communication with the people,” the press service noted.
