The executive director of local LLC (33-year-old L.E.), its founder (32-year-old I.M.) and cashier (47-year-old J.Sh.) were entangled in the collusion.
From January 8 to February 15, 2020, they sold invalid and unregistered airline tickets to 38 citizens for flights Karshi-Moscow, Samarkand-Moscow and Tashkent-Moscow. The total cost of tickets sold was more than 75 million soums.
The Investigation Department of Karshi City filed a criminal charge on this case under paragraphs A and B of Article 168 (part 3) of the Criminal Code (Fraud). A preliminary investigation is underway.
