According to the press service of the National Olympic Committee, the election of the new President for the Federation took place on July 6.
Uktam Barnoyev was nominated for this post.
His candidacy was unanimously supported, and Uktam Barnoyev became the new head of the Horse Breeding and Equestrian Sports Federation.
Former President of the Federation Feruz Abdullayev became Deputy Chairman in this same institution.
Entrepreneur Feruz Abdullayev was elected head of the Federation in February 2019.
It should be reminded that Barnoyev became Deputy Prime Minister in charge of agricultural and food sectors development on 28 February in accordance with the presidential decree.
Prior to that, Barnoyev served as the khokim of the Bukhara region.
