Snow falls in Jizzakh and Kashkadarya regions
Snow has fallen in the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.
Social media users have reported about snowfall in the mountainous areas of the Jizzakh region.


Also, snow fell in the Oybek village of the Dekhkanabad district and in the mountainous territories of the Shahrisabz district, Kashkadarya region.

The first snowfall was recorded on September 18 at the Kamchik Pass.
On October 10, Uzhydromet reported that the weather in the country would remain fairly cold.
“Mostly, today and tomorrow, the weather will be dry. Only the south-eastern regions of Uzbekistan will be covered by humid clouds. Rain is expected in the regions of the Fergana valley, as well as in the foothills and mountainous areas of the republic, while in the highlands – in the zones 2,000 m above the sea level – it is expected to snow,” Uzhydromet said.
