Currently, the Tarlon light armored vehicle is in a testing phase.

According to the press service of the State Committee for Defense Industry, the Tarlon light armored vehicle, designed and manufactured at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex by order of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan, is being tested by a group of specialists from ministries and departments.

They will test the ballistic protection of the armored personnel carrier in accordance with established standards, as well as its ability to overcome obstacles in mountainous and inaccessible areas of the country.

The armored vehicle is designed for the protection and tracking of convoys, sanitary transportation, engineering, radiation, chemical and biological reconnaissance and fire support.
