Foreign Minister of Turkey arrives in Uzbekistan
Today, July 14, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has arrived in Fergana region of Uzbekistan.
The high-ranking guest was met at the Fergana International Airport by the Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov and the First Deputy Minister of Tourism and Sports Ulugbek Azamov. Ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the two sides are also accompanying them.
Reportedly, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is expected to visit the handicraft center in Margilan.
It should be noted that this is the second visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu to Uzbekistan, who previously visited Khiva, Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent on March 6-9, 2021.
