COVID-19 cases exceed 128 thousand in Uzbekistan

On July 29, 897 people were diagnosed with coronavirus, 546 with pneumonia in Uzbekistan.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 128,403 (+897).
Reportedly, 135 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 90 – in Karakalpakstan, 34 – in Andijan, 14 – in Bukhara, 95 – in Jizzakh, 25 – in Kashkadarya, 14 – in Navoi, 41 – in Namangan, 92 – in Samarkand, 27 – in Syrdarya, 98 – in Surkhandarya, 82 – in Fergana, 36 – in Khorezm and 114 – in Tashkent region.
In addition, 546 people were diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday. So far, the number of pneumonia cases has reached 9,798. Of these, more than 3,000 patients recovered and 63 died.
Also, 7 patients died yesterday. The official death toll is at 866.
As of July 29, the number of recovered stands at 122,368 (+650).
