Ministry of Sports denied rumors that the gifted apartment was taken away from Nodirbek Abdusattorov
Social networks spread information that the gifted two-room apartment was taken away from the world rapid champion Nodirbek Abdusattorov.
It should be recalled that on January 3, the ceremony of awarding the World Rapid Champion Nodirbek Abdusattorov took place at the National Olympic Committee. Then the champion was handed the keys to the two-room apartment presented to him.
17-year-old grandmaster won the title of world champion in rapid chess on December 28 in Warsaw.
However, later, information circulated on the network that the gifted two-room apartment was taken away from the world rapid champion Nodirbek Abdusattorov. The information was spread by some bloggers.
As the press service of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports reported, the above information is not true.
According to the ministry, the other day the deputy khokim of Tashkent for tourism, sports, culture, cultural heritage and mass communications – the head of the city’s main department for tourism and sports Fakhriddin Davrukov showed Nodirbek Abdusattorov his two-room apartment.
“Soon all documents and registrations will be completed, and the apartment will be leased to Nodirbek Abdusattorov,” the message says.
In turn, bloggers were asked not to disseminate false information.
