The man was handed over to the employees of the Saryagash district police department.
However, today, January 18, Foreign Ministry spokesman Yusuf Kabuljanov said that according to the information received by the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Almaty from the NSC press service, the detainee is not a citizen of Uzbekistan.
